On this episode, Becket and I talk about his story and his new book “A Change of Affection: A Gay Man's Incredible Story of Redemption.” We have a lot of fun together and it leads to us laughing a fair amount. We do not mean to minimize this issue but rather are two people enjoying one another’s company while having a conversation about a topic that is pretty hotly debated. Regardless, Becket’s story is one of a radical conversion to Jesus and one that should be moving to you as a listener.
Becket Cook was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. After college, he moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in writing and acting, ultimately becoming a set designer in the fashion world. In 2017, he received his master’s degree form Talbot School of Theology. He now spends most of his time speaking at churches, universities, and conferences.
